Elpida is a litigation lawyer with experience in civil and commercial litigation, construction disputes, employment law, defamation, rent control, family law, and administrative law. Her legal practice spans a broad range of legal fields, with a strong emphasis on delivering effective, practical, and results-driven solutions for her clients.
She regularly appears before the Cyprus courts, handling hearings, petitions, trials, and appeals. Her work is particularly focused on complex and demanding litigation and dispute resolution matters.
Elpida graduated from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki in 2017 and holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Transnational and European Commercial and Banking Law, with a focus on Arbitration and Mediation, from the International Hellenic University of Thessaloniki. She has been a licensed lawyer in Greece since 2018 and is a member of both the Thessaloniki Bar Association and the Cyprus Bar Association, where she has been accredited since 2020. She is also an Accredited Mediator for Civil and Commercial Disputes, certified by the Ministry of Justice of Cyprus since 2021.
In addition to her legal practice, Elpida Amoiridou is a certified life long trainer accredited by ANAD.
