Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assisting in the bank account opening process with renowned banks in Cyprus and internationally;
  • Aiding in the collection of the KYC and Corporate documents for both companies and individuals;
  • Efficiently completing all the renewal forms for Banks during their annual reviews;
  • Maintaining the Banking Database System effectively.

Minimum Qualifications

  • University Degree; 
  • Able to communicate clearly and concisely with clients and associates;
  • Maturity in handling confidential information;
  • Previous work experience as a banking and/or corporate assistant would be advantageous;
  • Familiarity with complex company structures would be considered a plus;
  • Fluency in English, both in verbal and written communication;
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools;
  • Keen attention to detail;

The role of Property Administrator is to ensure highly organised and documented preparations for our clients’ property-related transactions in an efficient and profitable way.

Role Overview

  • Handle and support the team in all relevant processes;
  • Liaise with the governmental authorities;
  • Manage correspondence between the office and clients, associates, or other authorities;
  • Manage meeting agendas with clients and maintain effective service communications with them;
  • Work closely with legal experts;
  • Support property transactions and keep the team on track with timely reminders;
  • Update the company’s electronic and hardcopy databases;
  • Review company files and organize all necessary documents;
  • Conduct compliance checks and liaise closely with our compliance department.

Key Qualifications

  • BSc or other certification or equivalent experience;
  • Previous administrative experience will be appreciated;
  • Able to work to deadlines;
  • Able to use own initiative;
  • Speak and write fluently both in Greek and English;
  • Be practical and efficient with the work duties, colleagues, clients and other authorities;
  • Work methodically and have high attention to detail;

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the firm’s IT infrastructure, ensuring the smooth operation of all IT systems, and providing technical support.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the maintenance, configuration, and reliable operation of the company’s systems, servers, and other cloud components.
  • Install and upgrade computer components and software, manage virtual servers, and integrate automation processes on premises and on the cloud (Azure, MS365, VMware)
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software errors by running diagnostics, documenting problems and resolutions, prioritizing problems, and assessing impact of issues.
  • Perform or schedule regular backup operations and implement appropriate processes for data protection, disaster recovery, and failover procedures.
  • Lead desktop support efforts, making sure all desktop applications, workstations, and related equipment problems are resolved in a timely manner with limited disruptions.
  • Implementing and adding to the IT policy and best practice guides for the organisation.
  • Identify and acting on opportunities to improve and update IT systems.
  • Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time.

Minimum Qualifications
