Areti Charidemou & Associates LLC is actively seeking to fill the Corporate Lawyer position for its Corporate / Commercial Law Department with an experienced and strong work ethic individual. We take professionalism and integrity seriously therefore we are looking for a team player to join and support us to meet the highest standards of our services.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide legal advice and assistance on the legality of the Company’s business affairs and practices for any project the Company might be involved
  • Undertake any other responsibilities of a lawyer, according to the needs of the Company

Minimum Qualifications

  • At least four years of experience in a Law Firm or Corporate Service Provider in

Corporate & Commercial Law related matters

  • Good knowledge and ability to understand contents of legal/corporate material and transactions.
  • Committed and willing to be part of a team
  • Able to multitask and work under pressure with client deadlines
  • Speak and write fluently both in Greek and English
  • University Degree in Law
  • Member of the Cyprus Bar Association
  • Computer Literate
  • Able to communicate clearly and concisely
  • Maturity in handling confidential information

This is a managerial level position and the selected candidate will be responsible for the delivery of day-to-day Human Resources procedures. We take professionalism and integrity seriously therefore we are looking for a team player to join and support our Client to continue meeting the highest standards of their services.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manages the Recruitment & Selection procedures from start to finish.
  • Plans the Induction and Onboarding process for new employees.
  • Responsible to manage and update employees’ personal data, files and related Human Resources records.
  • Responsible for the implementation of Human Resources procedures and practices across the employees’ lifecycle
  • Partners with managers to resolve Employee Relations issues
  • Drives compliance with applicable laws, rules and GDPR regulations
  • Performs all needed HR administration and increases the overall HR process’ efficiency
  • Develops, in collaboration with the managers, Learning and Development options and handles the training administration
  • Supports the Compensation and Benefits procedures and administration
  • Responsible for Attendance and Leave Management
  • Takes action to minimize possible Health and Safety risks in the workplace
  • Other duties as assigned by the management

Minimum Qualifications

  • Three to five years of relevant experience
  • Knowledge of applicable Employment laws and GDPR regulations
  • Able to communicate clearly and concisely
  • Relevant degree or equivalent experience
  • Maturity in handling confidential information
  • Fluent in English and Greek both writing and speaking
