Areti Charidemou & Associates LLC is a law firm having its’ headquarters in Limassol for more than 30 years. We are looking to fill the Senior Litigation Lawyer position in our Litigation Department. In this position you will be responsible for the delivery of day-to-day legal procedures and you will provide law expertise on related topics. We take professionalism and integrity seriously therefore we are looking for a strong candidate to support us meet the highest standards of our services.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Conducting Appearances and Hearings before all Courts and other public authorities;
- Working on the preparation of court cases or out-of-court disputes
- Handling a portfolio of clients and undertake the ongoing communication with them in a timely manner and for their best benefit
- Drafting and reviewing contracts, legal opinions, pleadings, written addresses and writing any other legal documents
- Examining legal material and performing legal searches of related legislation or procedures in regards to related matters and cases.
Minimum Qualifications
- University Degree in Law
- At least six years of relevant experience
- Sufficient experience in court hearings
- Speak and write fluently and professionally both in Greek and English
- Proven ability to communicate clearly and concisely with clients and associates
- Maturity in handling confidential information

On behalf of a client, a Company part of a global well-known, fashion – forward women garment designer, sold in over 60 international markets and a global emblem of quality and elegance, we are looking to fill the Accountant position with an individual with precious experience in a similar role and with an eye to detail.
Our client is operating in Limassol and for over 20 years is an active part of the global Finance team responsible for the Book-keeping and Compliance procedures.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Hold the accounting of companies in an international environment;
- Manage entries in the accounting system;
- Prepare accurate and timely financial reports;
- Reconcile Balance sheet accounts;
- Make payments through internet banking;
- Prepare depreciation and prepaid schedules and journal entries;
- Prepare electronic and hard copy filing of any kind of accounting, corporate and banking documents;
- Work with multiple currencies in an international setting;
- Participate to month end and year end closing;
- Communicate with the accounting departments of the subsidiaries;
- Participate in Ad hoc projects.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- At least 2 years’ experience in Accounting.
- Higher or CAT or Bachelor in Accounting or related field. (LCCI, A’ Level Accounting).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Greek.
- Computer literate (Word, Excel, Internet).
- Ability to prioritize and meet multiple deadlines
- Strong critical thinking skills

In this newly established position, you will undertake the responsibilities of supporting day-to-day bank account opening related activities. We take professionalism and integrity seriously therefore we are looking for a strong candidate to support us meet the highest standards of our services.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Assisting in the bank account opening process with renowned banks in Cyprus and internationally;
- Aiding in the collection of the KYC and Corporate documents for both companies and individuals;
- Efficiently completing all the renewal forms for Banks during their annual reviews;
- Maintaining the Banking Database System effectively.
Minimum Qualifications
- University Degree;
- Able to communicate clearly and concisely with clients and associates;
- Maturity in handling confidential information;
- Previous work experience as a banking and/or corporate assistant would be advantageous;
- Ability to comprehend company documents and KYC procedures for clients;
- Familiarity with complex company structures would be considered a plus;
- Fluency in English, both in verbal and written communication;
- Proficiency in MS Office tools;
- Keen attention to detail;
