Areti Charidemou & Associates LLC is a law firm having its’ headquarters in Limassol and has been in service for over 30 years. We are now looking to fill the Administrator position in our Property Department. We take professionalism and integrity seriously therefore we need a strong team player to support us meet the highest standards of our services.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Liaise with the Land Registry, the tax office and other governmental authorities
- Be responsible for the property transfer process
- Manage the correspondence between the office and clients, associates or other authorities
- Update records in company’s computer systems and databases;
- Review the company’s files and organise all necessary documents
- Perform an array of administrative tasks (calendar management, book travel, book facilities and equipment, manage meeting agendas)
Minimum Qualifications
- BSc or other certification or equivalent experience
- At least 3 years of administrative experience
- Ability to speak and write fluently both in Greek and English
- Be practical and efficient with the work duties, colleagues, clients and other authorities
- Ability to work methodically and have high attention to detail
- Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines.

- Provides Data Protection services and advice clients or advice the Employer’s Group of Companies.
- Monitors the Company’s compliance with legislation, regulations and codes of practise relating to information governance, including the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR);
- Acts as a liaison with the Cyprus Data Protection Commissionaire’s Office
- Maintains and reviews a comprehensive data protection plans, policies and procedures;
- Responds to queries from internal and external clients on data protection;
- Promote and ensures GDPR compliance and best practices.
Minimum Qualifications
- University degree
- At least two years of relevant experience
- Speak and write fluently and professionally both in Greek and English
- Able to communicate clearly and concisely with clients and associates.
- Thorough understands of all legislation, regulations and codes of practice relating to information governance, including national and European data protection laws such as GDPR;

- Conducting Appearances and Hearings before all Courts and other public authorities;
- Working on the preparation of court cases or out-of-court disputes
- Handling a portfolio of clients and undertake the ongoing communication with them in a timely manner and for their best benefit
- Drafting and reviewing contracts, legal opinions, pleadings, written addresses and writing any other legal documents
- Examining legal material and performing legal searches of related legislation or procedures in regards to related matters and cases.
Minimum Qualifications
- University Degree in Law
- At least six years of relevant experience
- Sufficient experience in court hearings
- Speak and write fluently and professionally both in Greek and English
- Proven ability to communicate clearly and concisely with clients and associates
- Maturity in handling confidential information
