Styliani Constantinou

Advocate

Styliani attended the University of Leeds Metropolitan and graduated in 2008 with a LL.B (Honours) degree.  She continued her studies at the University of Birmingham City where she obtained a LLM in Corporate and Finance (2:1) in 2009. She qualified as an Advocate in 2010. Styliani joined Areti Charidemou & Associates LLC in 2022 as a Senior Associate in the Corporate and Commercial Department, after working for a notable international law firm in Cyprus. Styliani has a great experience in  banking as well as corporate and commercial law and has been advising on a regular basis leading international financial institutions in banking and financing as well as corporate related matters.

Styliani has been selected by the Global Business Magazine (GBM) and the Professional Sector Network (PSN) for the 2016 Legal Awards.
